Wicked Cow BBQ and Brew is a focused operation providing bulk delivered catering, take out, and delivery services. We will beginning our bulk catering operations in January, focusing on helping breweries increase their bottom line, while providing great tasting food to their customers. We also offer wholesale catering to large corporate clients for their specialty events.
We deliver bulk catered meals for happy hour and dinner services in heated Cambro's for Breweries to self-serve to their customers. We can also provide staffing to cater an event, but for Breweries we hope to offer the wholesale delivery program to create an income opportunity, while serving delicious prepared meals and appetizers to their customers.
When our Albany facility is completed, we will be offer take out and pick up delivery services as well as expanding our 20,000 sq. ft. facility which is capable of producing over 10,000 meals daily for even the largest demanding clients.
We will soon be smokin up a storm as we prepare ribs, brisket, duck, pheasant, turkey, chickens, hams and sausages for our catering clients. Of course we will have all the trappings of a traditional smokehouse and BBQ, offering original Black Bean Soup, Chili, Garlic French Bread, Cornbread, Hush Puppies, Loaded Potatoes, Corn on the Cob, Slaw and other salads.
We are focused on large catering and wholesale meal delivery for our corporate clients throughout Northern California. Our minimum order is 100 and average is 300 meals, but will work with a introductory order of 100 meals for clients that are interested sampling our services and plan on ordering repetitively.
We have the capability of providing any food type and in any quantity. Although BBQ is our specialty, we can create any menu, at target price points, and delivered pre-cooked or completely cooked in large heated Cambro's.
Currently we can provide up to 1,000 meals per day, but when we are completely built out and operational we will be able to provide up to 10,000 meals per day from our 20,000 sq. ft. facility in Albany, CA.
